HOW DOES IT WORK?

STEP 1: Light your Bluebell scented Candle: Take some deep slow breathes breathing in for a count of 4 and out for a count of 8 as you enjoy the calming aromas.

STEP 2: Cleanse the skin with iS CLINICAL Cleansing Complex: This clear, lightweight cleansing gel is powerful enough to deeply cleanse the porse - yet gentle enough for hypersensitive skin

STEP 3: Exfoliate the skin with the ALLSKIN MED Skin Polish This treatment skin polish uses eco-friendly micro-beads to gently exfoliate the skin, removing dead & damaged cells and encourage new healthy skin cells to the skins surface.

STEP 4: Apply Dermaroller Intensive Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Sheet Mask for 20-30 minutes The silk sheet mask is soaked in Hyaluronic Acid for deep hydration and Peptides to lift, tighten and firm the skin. As you relax with your mask on the active ingredients are penetrated into the skin.

STEP 5: Apply Hyaluronic Acid Face Cream To hydrate the skin even further a high and low molecular weight hyaluronic acid cream is applied to ensure your skin is left super soft, smoothe & hydrated.

STEP 6: Your Camomile, Lavender & Rose herbal tea: Sit back, sip and relax!

HOW TO CARRY OUT YOUR MEDISPA FACIAL KIT

See below your step by step guide to perform your letterbox home facial. If your skin is reactive to products always test patch a small amount of each product on the skin behind your ear at least 24 hours prior to application.

STEP 1 - iS CLINICAL CLEANSING COMPLEX

Apply a pea sized amount of Cleansing Complex to dampened skin and massage in. Pay particular attention to any areas of congestion or blackheads. Remove with warm water and a flannel, then pat the skin dry.

STEP 2 - ALL SKIN MED SKIN POLISH

Apply the skin polish to the skin and massage in circular motion for 1-3 minutes. For sensitive skins pat the skin polish into the skin instead of rubbing it.

Remove thoroughly with warm water and a flannel. Gently dust any remaining microbeads off the skin with a tissue or clean towel to ensure all traces of the peel are removed.

STEP 3 - DERMAROLLER SHEET MASK

Open the sachet, remove the mask and unfold. First remove the blue protective film and place the Dermaroller Mask with the silky side on your face. Then remove the white protective film. Now press on the mask firmly. Leave for 20-30 minutes.

This is your SPA BREAK! Put some nice music on, light a scented candle, or just enjoy the quiet me time and focus on some deep breathing to truly relax.

Remove the mask and massage any remaining serum into the skin.

TOP TIP: There will be some serum left in the Dermaroller Mask packet, either squeeze this out and apply it as added serum at this point or fold the packet over and save it to apply under your moisturiser in the morning.

STEP 4 - HYALURONIC ACID FACE CREAM

Apply the Hyaluronic Acid Face Cream to the face & neck using upwards movements.
