HOW TO CARRY OUT YOUR VITALITY WELLNESS Kit

See below your step by step guide to perform your Vitality Wellness Kit.

If your skin is reactive to products always test patch a small amount of each product on the skin behind your ear at least 24 hours prior to application.

STEP 1 - ROCKSALT & DRIFTWOOD CANDLE

Light your Soy Wax candle. Evoke that amazing sense of freedom and wellness that comes with being by the sea. A mesmerising floral marine scent where refreshing notes of seaweed and green algae lie in cool rock pools livened by a fresh coastal breeze and enhanced by touches of cyclamen and Water Lilly. At the base of the fragrance, sparkling salt crusted driftwood is warmed by amber, patchouli and musk.

STEP 2 - ASM DAILY CLEANSER

Apply a pea sized amount of Daily Cleanser to dampened skin and massage in. Rise off with warm water and a flannel. Double cleanse if you have had make up on.

STEP 3 - ASM SKIN POLISH

Apply a small quantity of skin polish to damp skin. Massage in delicately, in circular movements. Remove polish with a warm mitt or flannel, ensuring all palm seeds are removed. For sensitive skins pat into the skin instead of rubbing and remove gently with the mitt or flannel after 2-3 minutes.

STEP 4 - ASM REJUVENATING MASK

Apply to the skin avoiding the delicate eye area. Leave on for 10 minutes. After 10 mins remove thoroughly with a warm flannel. This mask contains retinol, a form of Vitamin A, so a mild tingling sensation can occur.

DEEP BREATHING: Take some deep slow breathes whilst your mask is on. Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a count of 6 and breathe out for a count of 8. Repeat 3-6 times. Allow your shoulders to fall and your body to relax.

STEP 5 - INTENSIVE BRIGHTENING & REGENERATING AMPOULE

A high-intensity booster serum with high levels of Vitamin C and growth factors to awaken skin cells leaving skin radiant and energised.

Carefully snap the tip of the glass ampoule off by covering it with a tissue and then snapping along the line on the neck of the ampoule. Decant the ampoule into your hands and apply to the skin.

STEP 6 - FACIAL MASSAGE

Massage the ampoule into the skin using gently sweeping upwards movements. To encourage lymphatic drainage gently drain from the centre of the face outwards. STEP 7 - MORINGA CITRUS WELLNESS TEA – FROM KENT & SUSSEX TEA & COFFEE COMPANY

Brew using freshly boiled water and infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Can be drunk hot or left to cool for a refreshing cold drink. Sit back and enjoy your cup of herbal tea.
