HOW DOES IT WORK?
Cryolipolysis works by freezing the targeted fat cells, which results in the cells being eliminated and reduced, while shaping and smoothing the body.
That fat is vacuumed into the cryolipolysis cup and frozen to -9 degrees. The fat cells under this freezing temperature cant survive resulting in Apoptosis (cellular death of the fat cells).
The number of fat cells in the area are reduced 25-30% and the treated area smoothed and contoured.
Some results are seen over the first month after treatment with full results seen 3 months after your treatment course is completed.

WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT INVOLVE?
The treatment time varies, depending on the number & areas being treated. Before photos are taken, skin prepped and areas to be treated marked out.
An cooling gel pad is applied to the treatment to protect the skin from the cooling effects. You will feel a tingling sensation as the cryolipolysis delivers to the deeper layes of the skin whilst simultaneously feeling the vaccuum manipulate the tissue to aid targeted breakdown of the fatty tissue.
The patient’s skin will start to become numb as cooling progresses and they may feel slight pinching and tugging of the skin. There is no downtime and patients can attend to their daily routines. Possible side effects which the patient may experience post treatment are; soreness, bruising and slight redness
